YOUR ROLE:

The Manufacturing Operations Leader is responsible for strategizing, developing, and guiding a team within the Framebridge production division to excel in safety, quality, and timely deliveries. This role entails creating and implementing standardized assembly and material flow processes that enhance safety, quality, and delivery performance based on customer order timelines. The leader will cultivate their team to consistently meet objectives and will foster collaborative communication across the organization to ensure optimal business performance.

This position offers the potential for growth into a Plant Manager or other leadership opportunities within Framebridge, based on performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieve targets related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
  • Facilitate process improvements through Kaizen initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
  • Provide constructive performance feedback and development plans for team members.
  • Foster an environment focused on achieving business objectives.
  • Establish training and certification protocols for each role within the team.
  • Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a sense of ownership among team members.
  • Embrace a results-oriented mindset, emphasizing people and process development.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in leading manufacturing operations.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in delivering performance management feedback.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification, or equivalent experience (e.g., Toyota Production System).
  • Experience in a dynamic consumer-focused business environment.
