Job Summary

The Car Sales Finance Manager is a key role within Hertz, responsible for driving sales and finance performance across our retail business. This position requires a strong leader who can manage and motivate a team of sales consultants, while also ensuring seamless execution of finance and insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Lead the Sales Team: Directly supervise and develop a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Finance and Insurance Process: Oversee the completion of finance deal packages, ensure timely follow-up on missing documents and pending deals, and work closely with sales consultants on finance processing and metrics.
  • Business Acumen: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service and drive repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience in car sales management.
  • Experience: Proven track record in auto dealership and car sales, with experience in auto financing and car sales regulations, as well as previous supervision or managerial experience with P&L responsibility.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, effective communication and presentation skills, business acumen, and knowledge of industry pricing tools and vehicle product features.
