Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator to become a vital member of our operations team. The Client Engagement Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting advisors and branches, utilizing the client relationship framework and efficient tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist advisors in managing client relationships, including the preparation of financial strategies, conducting investment analysis, and executing transactions as directed by the advisor.
  • Organize and summarize client meetings by scheduling appointments, confirming attendance, entering data into the contact management system, and preparing meeting agendas and follow-ups.
  • Ensure the efficient submission of new business documentation, which involves preparing forms and paperwork for the home office, obtaining necessary signatures, tracking insurance applications, and coordinating account rollovers.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, including event organization, vendor communication, finalizing details, preparing compliance documentation, and managing marketing reimbursements.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, processing expense reports, drafting routine client communications, supporting closures, and managing new business correspondence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a client service role.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in computer and software applications.
