Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and locate the correct parts using our operational system.
  • Prepare sales tickets for parts, concrete supplies, and rental transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through direct interactions and phone communications.
  • Manage stocking and pricing of items on the sales floor.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs routinely and up to 90 lbs occasionally.
  • Experience in parts counter customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Rental and concrete experience is a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Full-time position with potential for overtime.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening.
