About the Position
As the Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to ensure outstanding user experiences across all customer service interactions. You will collaborate closely with our customer service team and other internal departments to maintain a consistently happy and satisfied customer base.

Main Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with our warehouse team to fulfill replacement orders and other customer requests.
  • Oversee and process product returns efficiently.
  • Accurately and swiftly fulfill internal promotional requests.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

  • Exceptional writing abilities (writing samples are highly preferred).
  • Professional and courteous phone etiquette.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and punctuality.
  • Strong computer proficiency and typing skills.
  • Effective time management, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.

Hours: 40 hours / week
Work week: Sunday - Thursday
Location: Option to work remotely or partly remotely.
