**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at New Living Healthcare Services. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for managing clinical operations and providing guidance to our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the clinical team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Review treatment plans and documentation to ensure that quality standards are met, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Intake and Admission: Conduct intake and admission processes for program participants, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Census Management: Maintain program census and handle participant discharges, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.

Key Duties:

  • Compliance: Ensure that all clinical staff adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of consumer information, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Documentation: Review and approve appointment notes, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Psychotherapy: Provide psychotherapy services to program participants, maintaining a caseload and producing minimum service hours per week.
  • Diagnostic Assessments: Administer diagnostic assessments as needed, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Clinical Notes: Complete clinical notes promptly, ensuring that all necessary information is documented accurately and efficiently.
  • Referrals: Make appropriate referrals to community resources, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with medical staff to ensure that consumer care is delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Treatment Plans: Complete treatment plans and necessary forms, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Crisis Intervention: De-escalate crises and make appropriate referrals, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Supervision: Attend weekly supervision meetings, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Accreditation and Regulatory Requirements: Adhere to accreditation and regulatory requirements, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Training and Meetings: Participate in required trainings and meetings, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
