Job Summary

We are looking for a Clinical Operations Director to oversee all aspects of our provider operations, including strategic growth, clinical operations, and process improvement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving process improvements, and developing innovative solutions to enhance provider and patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth and Provider Focus
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that drive national growth and improve provider satisfaction.
    • Lead the customer discovery process to identify pain points and technical needs of providers and patients.
    • Develop compelling demos and business cases to establish a strong reputation as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless solution design and implementation.
  • Clinical Operations and Team Leadership
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve clinical staff operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance provider and patient satisfaction.
    • Oversee the implementation of operational clinical staff policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with the Medical Director to review and update clinical policies and procedures.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation
    • Drive process improvements to enhance provider, patient, and internal stakeholder service.
    • Develop new and innovative ways to share data and insights with stakeholders to support their success.
    • Collaborate on R&D initiatives to improve provider workflows and patient care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical practice operations management, with experience overseeing provider operations.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex processes and projects.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Telehealth experience at a consumer health company.
  • Experience working with a friendly PC model.
