We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Orthopedic Finance Manager. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Orthopedic Finance Manager, including expense reimbursements, purchase orders, and client services communication.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including laptops, PC workstations, and accessories.
- Assist with special projects, including onboarding of new personnel and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and execute project work, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with department leadership to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum two years applicable work experience required.
- Some additional training in office systems or other post-high school education preferred.
- Experience working with sensitive and confidential clinical, operational, financial, and other healthcare data.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and data management tools.
- Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 403b retirement, and pension.
- 29 days of PTO per year.

This role is a hybrid position, with a mix of on-site and remote work. The individual will work onsite for a probationary period before transitioning to a hybrid schedule.
