Position Overview
We are in search of a seasoned, practical, and detail-oriented professional to take on the role of International SaaS COO – Operations and Accountability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies aimed at boosting efficiency and productivity across all teams.
- Establish and uphold standard operating procedures and operational guidelines.
- Monitor and assess team performance against set KPIs.
- Lead and manage teams to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Ensure effective reporting and virtual meeting practices are in place.
- Continuously evaluate the company's performance against established KPIs.
- Prepare and present operational reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Qualifications

- Experience or proficiency in software project management.
- Proven leadership and management experience with international teams.
- Strong understanding of global business practices and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to formulate and execute strategies for growth and profitability.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to project initiation and completion.
- Friendly and composed demeanor with a collaborative mindset.
- Practical, hands-on approach complemented by strategic thinking.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
