Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

ManTech International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.
  • Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
  • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
  • Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
  • Develop technical documentation.
  • Develop system architecture and system design documentation.

Requirements:

  • Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of experience in the legal or technical aspects of Intelligence Community Privacy Compliance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intelligence Community compliance experience
  • Ability to work independently with little to no direction
  • Experience with Confluence and JIRA

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of time
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
