Job Overview

F.H. Paschen, a leader in the construction sector with over a century of expertise, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure project alignment.
  • Maintain and oversee project timelines and plans.
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of project schedules.
  • Manage procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
  • Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify project risks and propose viable solutions.
  • Evaluate shop drawings and submittals for compliance.
  • Engage with vendors and subcontractors for proposals.
  • Assess and process change orders and additional work requests.
  • Monitor the status of change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collect and verify as-built documentation.
  • Conduct field observations and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Organize and document project meetings.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and measurements as required.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of project close-out documents.
  • Support the processing of progress payment requests.
  • Manage and track Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Oversee the status of shop drawings and submittals.
  • Actively participate in maintaining project safety standards.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the project team.
  • Support job site setup and organization.
  • Ensure subcontractor insurance compliance with contract stipulations.
  • Review payroll submissions and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate vendor payments and credits.
  • Generate and track payment requests for subcontractors.
  • Compile and match lien waivers with payment schedules.
  • Draft contracts and manage project documentation.
  • Maintain organized office files and oversee administrative functions.
  • Develop and uphold administrative workflows and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including spreadsheets and scheduling tools, is essential. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are vital for success in this role.
