Key Performance Indicators
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to drive results and deliver projects efficiently
  • Develop and implement project plans, backlogs, and risk assessments to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with project teams, internal and external partners to detail project plans and ensure successful delivery
  • Assess and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience managing large-scale projects or programs with various stakeholders, budgets, and functionality
  • Familiarity with Agile, Project Management, Development and Delivery Lifecycles
  • Comfortable working in a non-traditional project structure, overseeing a backlog of outcomes and deliverables outside the typical project management lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - verbal and written
  • Strong familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • Able to coordinate multiple teams with interconnected backlogs
  • Technical writing experience including the creation of training and job aids
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with managing projects with an IT governance focus; implementing IT governance initiatives
  • Familiarity with data management and governance
  • Familiarity with Development and Testing / QA processes
  • Familiarity with Process Improvement, Process Automation and Lean Management processes
