Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the schedules and travel arrangements for executive leaders and their teams.
  • Oversee and track expense reports for multiple executives, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor legal expenditures, new claims, and other related reporting responsibilities.
  • Document and maintain meeting minutes for relevant teams.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage essential documents for executive requirements.
  • Respond to inquiries from various departments regarding legal and human resources data.
  • Execute tasks with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
  • Administer corporate licenses and business registrations.
  • Facilitate requests for Certificates of Insurance.
  • Review and proofread correspondence, assist in preparing documentation, and manage mailings.
  • Conduct minor research as needed.
  • Maintain and update the team’s intranet document repository as directed.
  • Handle the mailing and ordering of sensitive items, packages, and gifts.
Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in a legal environment.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive company information.
Proficiencies
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam and OneDrive.
