Coding Manager Professional Hospital Services

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Coding Manager to lead the daily operations of our professional and hospital services coding and data quality analysis departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the completion of coding abstraction and coding quality review for advanced clinical editing and claim review prior to submission to third-party payors.
- Oversee the daily operations of the coding and data quality analysis departments.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of coding and data quality analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve coding and data quality processes.
Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college) in a specialized field.
- Education discipline: Coding, Health Information Management, or other related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in coding and data quality analysis.
- CCS-P or CPC certification required.
