As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring, growing, and retaining customers across the United States. Your primary responsibilities include managing relationships, articulating the value of FlockDirect and Shared Truckload, and educating customers on the Flock Freight application. You will drive bookings and revenue growth from both new and retained customers while developing actionable customer sales plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify high-quality leads and convert them into clients through the sales pipeline.
  • Strategically select and close accounts with minimal management intervention.
  • Tailor communication strategies to meet customer needs effectively.

Skill Set:
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in sales, particularly in the freight industry. Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar position is highly valued. Strong motivation, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn new product concepts are essential qualities. Additionally, your proficiency in making cold calls and engaging customers proactively will help you succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Our expected on-target earnings range for this position is $70,000-$110,000 per year. Compensation decisions consider factors such as skill sets, experience, education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
