Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure a unique and memorable dining experience for our guests.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and inventory management, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve our menu offerings and kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Culinary degree and 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations, including menu development, staff management, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
