Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Ford's Colony Country Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items ahead of time to meet production requirements.
- Rotate and date all perishables to ensure proper storage and handling.
- Assist in controlling food waste, loss, and usage to meet departmental standards.
- Receive and unpack items as they arrive from food vendors, dating all items as they arrive.
- Check pars for shift use and determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line set up.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of two years of restaurant or kitchen experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and organization skills.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license required.
