Information Security Advisor

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)

Position Overview:
The Security Consultant will deliver essential administrative assistance to a designated individual, team, or department. We are looking for a dynamic professional who will manage, integrate, and execute assigned administrative or staff functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and communicate telephone messages from both internal and external parties.
- Input routine data into standard forms and templates, ensuring proper filing and archiving of both paper and electronic documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct routine administrative tasks following established protocols.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Address basic clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support inquiries under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent secondary education.
- No prior related work experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support roles.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous.

Training:
- Onsite training will be provided for the administrative role.

Additional Notes:
- Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams.
- Candidates are requested to provide their city and state of residence.
