Trillium Staffing is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Advisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert guidance and solution implementation for client projects.
  • Proactively assess client needs through discussions, data analysis, and engagement to propose suitable solutions and service opportunities.
  • Support competitive sales efforts within the scope of project development.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to facilitate the solution sales cycle, qualify opportunities, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage consulting projects, driving objectives, producing deliverables, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide specialized knowledge on network and cloud security solutions to assist clients in achieving their security objectives.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, team capabilities, and industry trends related to security.
  • Develop and deliver training content for internal teams on practice capabilities, offerings, and sales strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic advancement aligned with industry trends and client needs, presenting solutions to leadership.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality client services within established timelines and budgets.

Project Management:
  • Regularly obtain status updates from clients to ensure alignment with project schedules and documentation.
  • Initiate project scope and lead the development and delivery of all assignments.
  • Mentor junior consultants within the practice.

Compensation: Annual salary range is $156,000 - $240,000.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of client-facing experience in designing and implementing complex security solutions across various environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex solutions and executing projects successfully.
  • Experience in providing consultative guidance and scoping projects.
  • Knowledge of enterprise deployment considerations.
  • Strong understanding of security industry standards and firewall security.
  • Expertise in technical security solutions and their application to customer risk management.
  • Experience in designing solutions and developing roadmaps for security control offerings.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations such as PCI, FISMA, HIPAA, and GDPR.
  • Understanding of NIST/CIS standards as they relate to network architecture.

  • Ability to train and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Influential in all aspects of the sales cycle, engaging internal and external experts as needed.
  • Capable of discussing technical and non-technical concepts with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in leading demand generation and marketing efforts.

  • Entrepreneurial approach to identifying value in unstructured situations.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and diplomatic skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to research and resolve issues positively.
  • Strong infrastructure skills in firewall, cloud, and networking technologies.
  • Mentorship abilities for junior consultants.

Preferred Certifications:
  • CISSP
  • CISM
  • GIAC
  • Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., PCNSE, Fortinet NSE 4+, CCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Zscaler, ProofPoint, Mimecast).
