Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing incoming specialist referrals, communicating with patients and healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate electronic patient records.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage external referral process, gathering required information and documents, and working them accordingly in compliance with established timelines.
  2. Communicate with outside physician offices to clarify referral issues.
  3. Assist with coverage of front desk reception area, lobby information desk, and medical records department as needed.

Qualifications and Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • One or more years of experience in communication with patients preferred.
  • Background in medical terminology, orthopedics, and ability to analyze medical situations for scheduling purposes preferred.

Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
