Job Title: Front Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Welk Resorts. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading a team of front office associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Oversee room assignments, room swapping, and inventory management.
  • Manage front office operations, including scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement departmental service standards, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead and motivate a team of front office associates, providing coaching and training as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • At least three years of related managerial experience in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
