Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Team Lead to join our team at Vail Resorts. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations data
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role
