Key Responsibilities- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations data
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Competitive hourly rate: $25.99
