- Order Management: Accurately and promptly process customer orders, manage order life cycles, and lead all order-related communication to the customer.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with teammates to resolve customer issues, work proactively, and productively to deliver results.
- Communication: Manage internal and external requests, remain organized and concise, and effectively report customer needs and expectations.
- Customer Relationships: Establish sustainable and collaborative relationships through open, knowledgeable, and interactive communication, ensuring customer loyalty and retention.
- Data Integrity: Safeguard the integrity and accuracy of customer data, working with the Commercial team and the customer to ensure usability and reduce errors.
- Compliance: Ensure that the service provided to customers meets Safety, Quality, and Regulatory expectations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or a similar discipline.
- Must have the capacity to problem solve, work independently, and demonstrate strong listening, speaking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration.
- Skilled at handling competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- CRM Experience required, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Team Collaboration tools.
