Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is a critical member of the Customer's Account Team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Create a positive customer experience by providing timely and effective communication, executing Brenntag's Quality Objectives, and staying sensitive to customer needs.
  • Order Management: Accurately and promptly process customer orders, manage order life cycles, and lead all order-related communication to the customer.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with teammates to resolve customer issues, work proactively, and productively to deliver results.
  • Communication: Manage internal and external requests, remain organized and concise, and effectively report customer needs and expectations.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish sustainable and collaborative relationships through open, knowledgeable, and interactive communication, ensuring customer loyalty and retention.
  • Data Integrity: Safeguard the integrity and accuracy of customer data, working with the Commercial team and the customer to ensure usability and reduce errors.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the service provided to customers meets Safety, Quality, and Regulatory expectations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or a similar discipline.
  • Must have the capacity to problem solve, work independently, and demonstrate strong listening, speaking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration.
  • Skilled at handling competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • CRM Experience required, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Team Collaboration tools.
