Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Georgetown, KY

Direct Hire

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Pay Range: $61,000/ Year - $62,000/ Year

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at REQ Solutions. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage lead-times and provide timely and accurate information to customers
  • Product training with team members
  • Improve delivery security through production communication
  • Facilitate communication between customers, suppliers and plants regarding changes to orders or delivery times
  • Implement methodologies of continually improving business performance
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer personnel
  • Eliminate customer order errors
  • Deliver value to Company.
  • Identify opportunities for cross selling wide product offering
  • Working Together
  • Establish strong, enduring and functional customer relationships that maximize the result for the customer and Company.
  • Provide market intelligence on customers and their product demand.
  • Product education and cross training

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent.
  • 5 years manufacturing industry experience is liable transportation
  • attendance weekends performed
  • Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers and management.
  • Computer skills is a must
