Insurance Sales and Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced insurance professional to join our team as a sales and service representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting successful and long-lasting customer relations.
Responsibilities- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
- Help retain customers with exceptional customer service
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations
- Current Property Casualty and Life and Health Insurance Licensing
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
- Ability to interact and relate with potential customers, listen to their needs, and offer solutions
- Ability to listen and learn from your team and capitalize on opportunities
- Ability to be trained and adapt to new situations
- Previous or current State Farm experience and expertise in company systems is a major plus
