Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is a key member of the Brenntag team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective communication to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for the customer.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer experiences and drive business success.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, or a similar discipline.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and team collaboration tools.
