We are in search of a committed and flexible individual to fill the role of Office Administrator and Reception Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and guide them to the correct personnel or department
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately with professionalism
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office documentation and records
- Coordinate scheduling for appointments and meetings as required
- Conduct data entry tasks and keep spreadsheets updated
- Help organize office events and meetings
- Aid in the procurement and management of office supplies
- Provide support to other team members as necessary
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Familiarity with basic office machinery such as printers and fax machines
