We are seeking a Recovery Support Coordinator to assist individuals in accessing essential recovery resources and services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure confidentiality and adhere to relevant regulations
  • Document client interactions for insurance documentation
  • Foster a secure environment for clients
  • Encourage and support clients in their recovery journey
  • Link clients with appropriate resources
  • Monitor clients' emotional health
  • Assist clients in achieving their personal goals
  • Conduct weekly meetings with clients
  • Support the development of care plans

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related discipline
  • One year of post-graduate experience or a Master's degree
  • Valid driver's license is necessary
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to manage crisis situations effectively
  • Self-driven and motivated
