By leveraging cutting-edge technology and fostering the growth of our personnel, United has seen consistent expansion since our establishment in 1973. We currently operate from over 40 branches nationwide and are poised to broaden our reach further.

At the heart of our enduring success and expansion are our dedicated and talented team members, whom we affectionately refer to as Uniteders. We transcend the traditional labels of associates or employees; we are a family. Additionally, the vehicles are equipped with camera systems that scan license plates while you drive, aiding in the identification of vehicles for repossession by our recovery agents. You will also receive a company-issued fuel card, covering all work-related fuel expenses. This position offers a competitive hourly wage with opportunities for bonuses, starting at a base rate of $15/hour.

United provides comprehensive training for newly hired Vehicle Recovery Specialists at our corporate headquarters. All travel, meals, and accommodations are covered by United during this training period. Over four days, you will meet with internal operations staff who will support you in the field. The training includes hands-on experiences in both classroom settings and real-world scenarios, allowing you to gain a thorough understanding of your role and the tools necessary for success.

We are looking for individuals eager to grow with us and become a part of the Uniteder family. If you are motivated to develop both personally and professionally, we encourage you to reach out to us. We welcome applicants from all experience levels.
