- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a counterpart to engineering managers and team members, demonstrating technical proficiency in the Events & Signals Platform domain.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure organizational alignment.
- Schedule and Capacity Planning: Manage schedules and capacity planning, balancing project scope and duration alongside competing priorities.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technical Project/Program Management within the software industry.
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience managing technical teams, scrum teams, software development lifecycle delivery, and release management of both back-end services and consumer-facing software.
- Methodologies: Expertise in Agile methodologies and other software development methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency with industry-standard project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence for generating reports, dashboards, and tracking velocity.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills in facilitating effective meetings, planning, and documenting decisions with excellent follow-up.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage project tracking and reporting at various levels within an organization.
- Initiative: Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and guide process development for continuous improvement.
- Soft Skills: Strong soft skills in communication, collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly, particularly about technical systems and processes.
- Attitude: Positive attitude, thriving in an environment of ambiguity and change.
