We are seeking an experienced Office Manager and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Home Theaters of South Florida Corp. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $52,000 per year, plus benefits including paid holidays, paid time off, and paid training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
As an Office Manager and Administrative Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support to our employees, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records;
* Coordinating office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance;
* Assisting with budgeting and financial planning;
* Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures;
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion;
* Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives;
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders;
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a related field;
* Proven experience in office administration, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication;
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
* Familiarity with QuickBooks and other accounting software;
* High School degree; Associate's degree or higher preferred;
