- Agent Support
- Deliver exceptional customer service to agents and clients visiting our offices, promoting our available support services.
- Support agents with technology, process, and operational-related questions.
- Promote a positive and inclusive office culture that reinforces our agent value proposition.
- Collaborate with the Agent Onboarding Team as needed to support the agent onboarding process.
- Transaction Support
- Ensure agents' transactions are efficiently and accurately processed, with timely commission payments and minimal adjustments.
- Scan physical checks as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for following up on missing documentation or transactional issues.
- Enter and update data in our MLS and Transaction Manager systems.
- Review systems and resolve issues through our OnBase platform.
- Branch Leader Support
- Support branch managers with maintaining office promotional items, sales meetings, new agent orientations, and office culture initiatives.
- 1+ years of customer service experience, with prior real estate office experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in various operating systems, including PCs and Macs, and ability to navigate computer software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including agents, branch managers, and operational support teams.
- Customer-focused, delivery-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Willingness to be flexible and adjust priorities as needed.
- Ability to travel to additional offices in the region as needed.
