What You'll Do- Provide empathetic support to patients undergoing TMS treatment
- Create a compassionate environment that motivates patients to complete treatment
- Build trust and rapport with patients to ensure their success
- Collaborate with a highly skilled team of providers to educate and motivate patients
- Paid training in TMS Therapy
- A career in healthcare with no prior experience required
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums paid at 90% by Serenity Healthcare
- 20 days of paid time off annually (PTO and holidays)
- Grounded, empathetic individuals with a passion for helping others
- Minimum of two years of steady work experience, preferably in customer service
- The ability to quickly relate to a diverse range of people
- High School Diploma or equivalent
