Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Growth Director to lead sales initiatives and drive growth across Northern CA. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience in the plumbing, irrigation, and/or waterworks industries, preferably with a wholesale distributor or manufacturer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for stimulating demand among targets in the irrigation, plumbing, and waterworks contractor sectors, educating and influencing wholesale distributor partners, contractors, and specification communities on the value proposition of the principals we represent, and developing and implementing sales and promotional endeavors to fuel growth across wholesale distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and exceed sales targets
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesale distributors, contractors, and specification communities
  • Analyze market data to pinpoint growth opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to identify market demands and devise strategic plans to capitalize on emerging opportunities
  • Manage and leverage contractor and specifier databases to enhance direct marketing and communication initiatives

Compensation Package:

The salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth and development within a supportive and collaborative work environment.
