Sales and Service Director

Follett is seeking a Sales and Service Director to lead our retail team and drive sales growth through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales promotions and special events to drive revenue growth
- Managing cash handling procedures, including balancing cash drawers and preparing bank deposits
- Maintaining inventory control, visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the security of company assets
- Supervising team members, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance evaluations
- Cultivating strong relationships with campus partners and communicating store operational activities
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- 0-5 years of relevant retail experience
- Academic retail experience is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Estimated salary: $48,000 - $62,000 per year
