- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons and distributors
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and product launches
Requirements:
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the biotech industryProven track record of driving business growth and developing successful strategiesStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to analyze data and make informed decisionsAbout Kuros Biosciences, Inc.

Salary Range:$120-$140 USD per year
