Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Event Sales and Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing event operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

The Event Sales and Revenue Growth Manager will report to the National Director of Sales and be accountable for exceeding monthly and annual sales objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and surpass KPI standards
  • Building and maintaining relationships with repeat clients through regular outreach and follow-ups
  • Identifying new business opportunities through proactive outbound efforts
  • Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Maximizing revenues using upselling techniques and strategic sales approaches

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in restaurant or hotel event sales, with a proven track record in event-specific sales. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong math aptitude for financial reporting and budget management, and experience in managing and leading a team.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
