Office Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Washington Auto Mall. In this role, you will provide administrative support to management and staff, maintain accurate records, and coordinate travel arrangements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of office procedures and equipment. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze and resolve administrative issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements and Skills:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
