About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Collision team at Washington Chevy. As an Administrative Assistant, you will act as the face of our dealership, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate parties
  • Maintain and update customer database and records
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments
  • Support the Collision team with various administrative tasks including preparing documents and processing paperwork
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus
  • Must be able to work full-time M-F

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,440 - $41,600, with potential for commission earnings. In addition, full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases and services.
