Job Summary

Gateway Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Support Coordinator - Administrative Operations to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our outpatient programs, ensuring the efficient operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process patient records and maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and patients, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are functional and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve administrative efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Salary range: $48,000 - $60,000 per year.
