Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • Experience in customer service within a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and automated systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and Saturdays.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A valid Virginia Driver's License with a responsible driving record.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • The ability to interpret and clarify complex policies and procedures.
  • Physical capability to lift 10 to 25 pounds.
