This center will initially focus on delivering Finance, Human Resources, and Legal services to ELC employees across various regions and time zones. This team will not only provide exceptional service daily but will also be tasked with continuously optimizing operations to align with ELC's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst for Global Supply Chain is responsible for:

  • Assisting business leaders in daily decision-making by delivering financial data in an accessible format, along with insights that drive business performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement transformative opportunities that promote strategic growth and operational excellence.
  • Encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration and benchmarking against industry best practices to improve operational efficiency and innovate reporting processes.
  • Ensuring timely and quality delivery of monthly activities, providing insights into team progress and areas for improvement.
  • Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders by understanding their requirements and promptly delivering solutions that create immediate value.
Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 2.5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Role-Specific Competencies:

  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to learn independently.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
