Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach graduate courses in Healthcare Administration, with a minimum of 9 credit hours per semester.
  • Develop and expand programs in Business (Healthcare) Administration.
  • Conduct research and publish scholarly work in the field of Healthcare Administration.
  • Participate in the Faculty Assembly and contribute to the development of the University's Mission and Vision.
  • Engage in activities that generate professional development and demonstrate achievement.
Requirements
  • Doctorate in Business, Economics, or Finance with a cognate in Healthcare Administration.
  • Practical experience in the payor or provider space is highly desired.
  • Proven excellence in teaching at the graduate level.
  • Ability to integrate theoretical concepts and empirical experience to educate team members and drive results.
  • Strong grantsmanship skills and a commitment to increasing sponsored programs and outside funding.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College teaching experience.
  • Healthcare leadership experience in a public or private healthcare entity.
