  • Work closely with the agency team to achieve sales and marketing goals, promoting State Farm products and services.

Requirements
  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Property and Casualty license, with the ability to obtain Life and Health license.
