Position Overview
This role as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Financial Planning and Analysis department focuses on delivering financial insights to support CVS Health's retail pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial support for SG&A expenses associated with Front Store Category Management and ExtraCare programs.
- Act as the primary contact for managing the Vendor Funded Expense Process.
- Collaborate with cost center leaders to effectively budget and forecast expenses, including payroll, consulting, and other relevant costs.
- Facilitate the monthly closing process by preparing journal entries and generating insightful variance analyses.
- Develop closing presentations and engage with business leaders to review financial outcomes.
- Conduct monthly headcount reporting and identify expense risks and opportunities.
- Address ad hoc business inquiries as needed.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related finance roles.
- Must be able to commute to the office on a part-time basis.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in large organizations with revenues exceeding one billion dollars.
- Background in retail finance.
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.

Compensation
The typical pay range for this position is between $43 and $107 per hour. This range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for all roles within this job grade. Actual salary offers will depend on various factors including experience and education.
