Position Overview
This role as a Senior Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis is pivotal in providing financial insights to support the operations of CVS Health's Retail Pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver financial support related to SG&A Expenses, particularly focusing on Front Store Category Management and ExtraCare.
- Act as the primary contact for the Vendor Funded Expense Process.
- Collaborate with cost center leaders to effectively budget and forecast expenses, which include payroll, external contractors, consulting services, and other relevant costs.
- Assist in the monthly closing process by preparing journal entries and generating insightful variance analyses.
- Develop closing presentations and review outcomes with business leaders.
- Conduct monthly headcount reporting and identify expense risks and opportunities.
- Address ad hoc financial inquiries from various business units.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, or finance.
- Must be able to commute to the office as required.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in large organizations with revenues exceeding a billion dollars.
- Background in retail finance.
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.

Compensation
The typical pay range for this position is between $43 and $107 per hour. This range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for all roles within this job grade. Actual salary offers will vary based on factors such as experience, education, and location.
