This Analyst role is pivotal within CVS Health's pharmaceutical wholesaler division, situated in a dynamic and collaborative environment that offers opportunities for professional growth and a direct influence on business performance in key areas of pharmaceutical wholesaler purchasing.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Manager by conducting business analyses and maintaining regular reporting, audits, and internal databases.
- Manage the wholesaler communication channels to address store ordering challenges, product availability issues, and other related inquiries.
- Collaborate with wholesalers and internal teams to manage supply recovery efforts in response to emergencies.
- Identify opportunities and develop business solutions through data analysis and critical thinking.
- Analyze wholesaler purchasing patterns and pharmacy override activities, engaging with internal stakeholders to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesaler partners to assess opportunities based on thorough analysis and resolve business challenges.
- Engage with various business segments, including retail personnel, to drive results and address issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum of 1 year of analytical experience in a professional setting focused on delivering business solutions and enhancing financial outcomes.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and presentation software, including MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
Demonstrated capacity to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with peers, leaders, and external partners.
Self-driven and responsive, with a proven track record of taking initiative and working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills, enabling positive interactions across all organizational levels.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and influence decisions at all levels.
Prior experience in a corporate healthcare or pharmacy environment, or within a consulting framework.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
The typical pay range for this role is between $40,000 and $89,300 annually. This range represents the base salary for all positions within this job grade. Actual salary offers will vary based on factors such as experience, education, and location.
