Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Description:

  • Ensures exceptional customer service adhering to company standards.
  • Fosters a culture based on the company's mission statement to guide values.
  • Responds promptly to customer complaints and ensures resolution by self and staff.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction standards and strives for 100% table visitation.
  • Teaches and enforces responsible beverage service and builds a positive relationship with local authorities.
  • Maintains adequate inventory levels and ensures product preparation meeting company standards.
  • Actively participates in community outreach to boost sales.
  • Oversees team scheduling to meet sales demands effectively.
  • Maintains safety, security programs, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
  • Manages restaurant organization, cleanliness, and preventative maintenance.

Team Management:

  • Ensures quality recruitment and referrals of potential management candidates.
  • Promotes training procedures of new managers and maintains a trained staff.
  • Develops managers constantly and provides regular feedback.
  • Conducts thorough selecting interviews and exit interviews when needed.
  • Demonstrates proper execution of training systems and emphasizes the importance of training.
  • Ensures acceptable Team Member performance and documents situations requiring disciplinary action.

Financial Management:

  • Ensures completion of administrative and accounting duties.
  • Maintains and controls company assets and ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manages service contracts, capital expenditures, and cash handling procedures.
  • Analyzes systems and procedures for improvement of earning goals.

Professional Development:

  • Inspires teamwork and cooperation among management and Team Members.
  • Develops personal/professional growth goals and action plans.
  • Provides a role model for managers and Team Members.
  • Exhibits a professional image and expertise in store-related technology.

Physical Requirements: Must be physically able to work in various areas when needed and lift objects up to 40 pounds on occasion.

Qualifications:

Demonstrates leadership abilities as evaluated by current management. Achieves AGM status or prior Unit General Manager experience. Completed Apple II Management training and met business goals set with supervisors.
