KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

As the Store Operations Manager, you will oversee all activities during your shift. This encompasses managing costs, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. You are expected to lead by example and adhere to all policies and procedures consistently.

In your role, you will be responsible for:

Staffing, Documentation, Cost Management, Cash Handling, Food Safety, Scheduling, Maintaining Store Image, Upholding Standards, Delivering Excellent Customer Service, Attendance, Transportation, Store Cleanliness, Marketing, and Profitability.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

General Responsibilities for All Team Members

  • Operate all necessary equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and preparation areas.
  • Prepare food products.
  • Process customer orders via phone.
  • Conduct inventory checks and complete related paperwork.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities on a daily basis.

Training: Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.

Communication Skills: Ability to understand and provide clear written instructions. Proficient verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and team members to process orders efficiently.

Essential Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with accuracy. Capability to make correct monetary change. Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing. Manual dexterity for operating a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Environment



EXPOSURE TO:
Variable and occasionally challenging weather conditions during outdoor tasks. In-store temperatures can range from 36 degrees in coolers to over 90 degrees in certain areas. Sudden temperature fluctuations may occur. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped spaces, including walk-in coolers. Caution is required around hot surfaces and sharp tools.



SENSING:
Ability to communicate effectively via telephone. Near and mid-range vision is essential for in-store tasks. Depth perception is necessary, along with the ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces.



TEMPERAMENTS:
Ability to lead activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and collaboratively, handle stress, meet strict quality standards, engage with customers, analyze data, and make informed decisions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS include, but are not limited to: Standing, Walking, Sitting, Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Climbing, Bending, Crouching, Reaching, and using Tools and Equipment.

Driving Responsibilities Deliver products by vehicle and to customer locations. Distribute promotional materials as needed.

Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company standards. Access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.

Essential Skills: Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area. Ability to navigate challenging terrains, including multi-story buildings and residential areas while carrying products.

Physical Demands

CARRYING: During deliveries, carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.

DRIVING: Deliver pizzas within a designated area, making multiple deliveries per shift.

WALKING: Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle, as well as from the vehicle to the customer's location.

CLIMBING: Delivery may require navigating five or more flights of stairs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Exposure To: Variable and sometimes adverse weather conditions while delivering products and conducting promotional activities.

SENSING: Far vision and night vision are necessary for driving.
