Noodles & Company is a fast-casual restaurant chain that prides itself on serving high-quality, made-to-order meals in a welcoming environment. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead your team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and sales results.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to help team members improve their skills and performance.
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Drive Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest has a positive experience, and that their needs are met or exceeded.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Order and manage inventory and supplies to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and that costs are controlled.
  • Maintain a Safe and Healthy Environment: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety standards, and that team members are trained to handle emergencies.
Requirements
  • Previous Management or Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Customer Service Experience: A strong background in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and guests.
  • Ability to Meet Physical Requirements: The ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 55 pounds, and bending, twisting, and reaching.
